THE Electoral Commission of Zambia says it has distributed ballot papers to 52 percent of the districts countrywide. ECZ Corporate Affairs Manager Patricia Luhanga says ballot papers for another 19 percent of the districts are in transit, adding that the Commission expects to distribute ballot papers to the remaining 29 percent of the districts by today. Meanwhile, Luhanga says ECZ staff, law enforcement officers and media personnel who will be stationed away from their registered polling stations will be allowed to vote at a different polling station, but can only vote for a presidential candidate.
