GOVERNMENT in Muchinga Province has warned FRA depot clerks against prioritizing foreign nationals in the sale and purchase of maize. In a statement, Thursday, Muchinga Province Principal Public Relation Officer Ruth Mumba stated that Permanent Secretary Dr Tuesday Bwalya expressed disappointment that FRA depot clerks in Isoka and Nakonde had been buying maize from foreign nationals.
