FINANCE and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane has assured that Zambia is food secure even in an event of a drought, saying there is no need to panic. Meanwhile, Dr Musokotwane says government will review taxes and provide incentives where possible without losing much revenue in the 2027 budget.
