VETERAN politician Dr Mbita Chitala says President Hakainde Hichilema’s re-election should be followed by a gesture of reconciliation and a political truce to help the country move forward. Meanwhile, Dr Chitala has called for an impartial investigation into the death of former minister Mutotwe Kafwaya, saying the matter will not be put to rest until the circumstances surrounding his death are conclusively established.
