A WITNESS has told the Ndola High Court that she voted for Chifubu Independent MP Kondwani Winga after allegedly receiving K100 from a woman identified as his wife, despite initially intending to vote for UPND candidate Lloyd Lubosha. Esther Muchindu, 35, of Chifubu Township, further told the court that she photographed her marked ballot as proof that she had voted for Winga as allegedly instructed. The witness was testifying in a petition in which UPND candidate Lloyd Lubosha is challenging the election of Winga as Member of Parliament for Chifubu Constituency.
