ZAMBIA U-20 thrashed Comoros 3-0 yesterday at the ongoing COSAFA U-20 AFCON qualifiers in Mozambique. The Junior Chipolopolo, who beat Malawi 2-0 in the first match, lead Group C with six points from two games after the victory at ABB 2 Stadium. Captain Tumelo Mununga, who was named man of the match, opened the scoring in the 5th minute with a close-range finish before Abel Nyirongo doubled the lead with a simple tap-in from inside the 18-yard box in the 17th minute. In the 22nd minute, Nyirongo set up Thomas Mwanza who beat the goalkeeper, but the goal was ruled out for a foul in the build-up.
