THREE Paramount Chiefs have appealed to the full bench of the Constitutional Court against a single judge’s ruling that refused their application to join a petition seeking the recognition of Chief Mukuni as a Paramount Chief. Paramount Chiefs Chitimukulu, Litunga and Kalonga Gawa Undi had applied to join as interested parties in a petition filed on June 25, 2026, by the Mukuni Royal Dynasty Committee, through its Director General Jonas Shakafuswa, against the Attorney General.
