A 10-YEAR-OLD pupil has dragged Celines Academy proprietors to the Lusaka High Court, demanding K60 million as general damages for allegedly suffering injuries on his right hand while playing “Pomo Dinda”. The pupil, suing through his guardian, is seeking special damages amounting K1,950,000 for personal injuries sustained. In a statement of claim, the plaintiff filed that on March 10, 2026, around lunchtime, he was allegedly left without supervision, while he and his friends started playing a game known as “Pomo Dinda”.
