NATIONAL Union for Small Scale Farmers in Zambia (NUSFAZ) president Dr Frank Kayula says government should finalise contracts for Urea distributors because any further delay will affect the cropping season. Last month government flagged off the distribution of D compound fertiliser but had not yet commenced distribution of Urea to farmers.
