ECONOMIC Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader Kasonde Mwenda has alleged that the construction section at Zesco has been privatised. But Zesco Board Chairman Vickson Ncube has denied the allegation, saying the utility company is only subcontracting firms to conduct construction works for a quicker turnaround.
