SECRETARY to the Treasury Felix Nkulukusa says government will in September start negotiations with private creditors, including bondholders, on a non disclosure agreement basis. And Finance and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says the country has downgraded its GDP growth rate from 4.2 percent to 2.7 percent due to low copper production in the first half of 2023.
