International Monetary Fund (IMF) Deputy Director African Department Dr Costa Christou says the Zambian economy is at a critical juncture, navigating inflation pressures and complexities in debt restructuring that is impacting investments and constraining policy options. And Dr Christou has commended government’s efforts to improve transparency and tackle corruption, saying the efforts are vital steps in helping create a better environment for investors and businesses.
