THE Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) has urged landlords to voluntarily avail themselves to the authority to avoid tax penalties regarding Rental Income Tax. And Finance and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says Zambia needs to attract more investment for citizens to live good lives.
