MINES and Minerals Development Minister Paul Kabuswe says the Minerals Commission that has been set up by government will utilise technology to curb leakages and smuggling in the mining sector. Kabuswe has further advised investors not to shy away from investing in energy, stating that interventions put in place by government in the sector will make Zambia a net exporter of power in the near future.
