THE Zambia Compulsory Standards Agency (ZCSA) says most of the fertiliser inspected in 2025 is compliant with mandatory standards compared to the previous year. And the National Union for Smallholder Farmers Association (NUSFAZ) has appealed to government to enact a specific law that would address fertiliser issues, arguing that the existing punitive measures are not severe enough.
