GOVERNMENT has assured the nation that it will fully settle the debt owed to farmers who supplied maize to the Food Reserve Agency (FRA) by January 10, 2026. In a statement, Tuesday, Minister of Finance and National Planning Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane said the delay in payment was regrettable.
