FINANCE and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says only 15 percent of mining taxes will be paid in the Chinese currency Yuan in 2026. He says 60 percent will be paid in US Dollars and 25 percent will be paid in Kwacha. Meanwhile, ZRA Acting Commissioner General Timothy Milambo says only about four mines were currently remitting taxes in the Chinese Currency as a pilot.
