TOURISM Minister Rodney Sikumba has disclosed that the country recorded a total of 2.3 million international arrivals in 2025, indicating an increase of four percent compared to the previous year. Sikumba says there has also been a significant increase in non-tax revenue collection streams from casino licence fees, tourism enterprise fees, hunting and park fees and Hotel Managers fees, from K153.6 million in 2021 to K473.7 million in 2025. Meanwhile, Sikumba says there has been a reduction in reports of human-wildlife conflict from 21,442 in 2022 to 16,512 in 2025.
