MINISTRY of Mines and Minerals Development Permanent Secretary Dr Hapenga Kabeta says local suppliers and contractors should focus on delivering quality goods and leave issues of mining companies’ compliance to the government. Recently, the Mine Suppliers and Contractors Association disclosed that it was not pleased with how Zambians have so far benefited from the Local Content SI.
