SECRETARY to the Treasury Felix Nkulukusa says the country may need more than 15 years to settle the K80 billion debt owed to contractors in the road sector. And the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) has proposed that some officers in the Department of Infrastructure be removed from the system because they are causing government to lose huge sums of money through negligence.
