CENTRAL Province Permanent Secretary Dr Milner Mwanakampwe says all things being equal, Mulungushi Textiles will reopen on April 14 but will begin with an eight-hour shift. In an interview, Tuesday, Dr Mwanakampwe said the facility would not immediately operate under the 24-hour economy model, as workers need time to familiarise themselves with the new equipment.
