PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says Zambia needs to draw lessons from Vietnam’s attainment as one of the world’s leading agricultural exporters. The Head of State has since called for an economic partnership with Vietnam, whose agricultural exports reached approximately US$70.1 billion in 2025. President Hichilema said this when he met former Vietnamese Minister of Agriculture Dr Cao Duc Phat.
