THE Minerals Regulation Commission (MRC) has announced that the mining and non-mining rights licensing committee has started reviewing various applications. In a statement, Monday, MRC Board Chairperson Matongo Matamwandi said the Committee would ensure transparency and accountability in how Zambia administers mineral rights.
