ZPPA has fined a supplier K800,000 for submitting forged documents for a tender to construct a student hostel at Mulungushi University. The Zambia Public Procurement Authority says investigations established that the bid submitted by the supplier contained documents that were not genuine for two engineers, and that their documents were used without their consent.
