MINISTRY of Mines Permanent Secretary Dr Hapenga Kabeta has disclosed that in the last five years, government has attracted about $12 billion worth of investments into the mining sector. Dr Kabeta adds that before the UPND came into power, the PF abused their friendship with some investors, resulting in an individual holding about 87 mining licences, a situation he says the UPND has changed.
