THE Ministry of Agriculture has disclosed that over 600,00 farmers have redeemed their inputs under the 2026/27 Farmer Input Support Programme (FISP). In a statement, Saturday, Ministry Principal Public Relations Officer Balewa Zyuulu said the number represents 65.93 percent of the targeted farmers. “The Ministry of Agriculture wishes to inform the nation that as at 23rd October 2026, 675,459 farmers had redeemed their inputs under the 2026/2027 Farmer Input Support Programme (FISP), representing 65.93 percent of the targeted 1,024,434 beneficiaries.
