POST Newspaper proprietor Dr Fred M’membe has been joined to a case in which High Court judge Sunday Nkonde is challenging the Judicial Complaint Commission’s decision to proceed to reopen a complaint lodged against him. Constitutional Court judge Martin Musaluke granted Dr M’membe’s application to join the proceedings, saying he has enough interest in the matter and his voice ought to be heard. This is a matter in which judge Nkonde has dragged the State to court over the JCC’s decision to proceed to reopen a complaint lodged against him in 2017 by Dr M’membe, disregarding the ruling by Lusaka High Court judge in charge Gertrude Chawatama.
