THE Road Transport Safety Agency (RTSA) has asked the Lusaka High Court not to entertain a matter in which Swift Cargo Services Limited has sued the Agency together with former Katuba UPND member of parliament Aubrey Kapalasa’s wife, Fanny Madzi, saying the plaintiff was not a party in a matter that was earlier in court. In this matter, Swift Cargo Services Limited has sued Madzi, the Attorney General and RTSA seeking an order to set aside the consent judgement which gave Madzi its motor vehicle.
