A POLICE officer who was based at Shimabala Police Post in Chilanga and is accused of murdering a passenger on a truck has pleaded not guilty in the Lusaka High Court. Mazuba Mwiinga, 47, is charged with the murder of Hillary Kapyanga on July 20, 2020, near the Shimabala Toll Plaza. Allegations are that Mwiinga allegedly mounted a roadblock on the material day around 05:40 hours.
