LUSAKA Chief Resident Magistrate Dominic Makalicha has re-allocated a matter in which former Lusaka Province minister Bowman Lusambo is charged with attempting to interfere with witnesses to Lusaka principal magistrate Sanford Ngobola. The matter was previously before magistrate Ntandose Chabala but she, however, sent it back for re-allocation last week as she has been transferred to Choma, Southern Province. Lusambo is in this matter charged with three counts of attempting to interfere with witnesses, and he had earlier denied the charges.
