THE Lusaka High Court has allowed Attorney General Mulilo Kabesha to join a matter in which Bowman Lusambo and Joseph Malanji are seeking an order that the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) should hold fresh nominations for Kwacha and Kabushi constituencies. High Court judges Mwape Bowa and Catherine Lombe Phiri said in their ruling that the Attorney General has an interest in the matter as such he should be joined.
