THE two Chililabombwe men accused of sodomising a club DJ have pleaded not guilty to the charges. This is a case in which a 23-year-old man of Chililabombwe was allegedly sodomised by three male persons on September 14, 2022, but only two were apprehended while one is still on the run. When the matter came up for plea on September 20 before the Chililabombwe Magistrates’ Court, the two suspects; Mutambo Cephas, 26 and Robson Ng’ambi, 27, pleaded not guilty. The case was adjourned to September 28 for commencement of trial, while the two suspects have remained in custody at Chingola Remand Correctional facility.
