FORMER Director of Public Prosecutions Lillian Siyunyi has filed a petition in the Constitutional Court challenging the process which led to her removal from office. Siyunyi, who has cited the Attorney General as the Respondent in her petition, is arguing that the Judicial Complaints Commission displayed biases against her and did not form a proper quorum at every hearing, among other claims.
