THE Lusaka High Court has found Zambia Army Officer Lieutenant Nigel Mwaba, who is accused of murdering his lover Dr Tasila Tembo with a case to answer. Meanwhile, the arresting officer has testified that he charged Lt Mwaba with the murder of Dr Tembo after investigations revealed that he was the last person with her. In his ruling, Mongu-based Justice, Wilfred Muma, sitting in Lusaka said the state had established a prima facie case against the accused person. “I have taken full notice of the evidence and witnesses brought by the prosecution.
