LUSAKA Magistrate Silvia Munyinya was yesterday incensed by ACC’s failure to avail witnesses when the case involving Stephen Kampyongo and his wife came up, advising them to withdraw it if they were not ready. Magistrate Munyinya said this after the State applied for an adjournment in the matter in which Kampyongo, who is former home affairs minister, and his wife, Wanziya Chirwa, 42, are facing 11 counts of possession of property worth over K29 million, suspected to be proceeds of crime.
