FIVE PF Members of the Central Committee have asked the Lusaka High Court to join them to the matter in which Miles Sampa has sued the Registrar of Societies seeking an order that his party’s failure to hold the extra-ordinary convention abrogates his rights under the party and Republican Constitution. The five who are; former defence minister Davies Chama, Ng’onga Mukupa, Monica Mwale Mwansa, Mwimba Malama and former home affairs minister Stephen Kampyongo, want to be joined to the case as intended defendants. In this matter, Sampa, a PF presidential aspirant, wants an order that the Registrar of Societies compels the Patriotic Front to hold an Extraordinary General Conference, no later than 30 days from the date of Judgment herein,...
