THE New Apostolic Church of Zambia (NAC) has sued the overseer of the break-away, True Apostolic Church (TAC), seeking an order that TAC should not be using its copyrighted materials including but not limited to its emblem, logo, church symbols and hymn books. The Plaintiff is also seeking an order that all church buildings across the country, whether built on state or traditional land, allocated or gifted to it, belongs to the New Apostolic Church in Zambia and not to TAC.
