PF member Chishimba Kambwili has been dragged to court for unlawful assembly. Kambwili has been jointly charged with Lusaka businessman Charles Kakula. The duo is facing one count of definitions of unlawful assembly and riot, while Kakula is also facing another charge of expressing or showing hatred, ridicule, or contempt for persons because of race. In count one, it is alleged that Kambwili and Kakula on January 26, 2023, in Lusaka, jointly and whilst acting together with others unknown, unlawfully did assemble with intent to commit an offence or breach of peace.
