FORMER Zambia Revenue Authority commissioner general Kingsley Chanda yesterday appeared before the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court facing 23 counts of willful failure to comply with procedure relating to 22 motor vehicles. Chanda is jointly charged with former Zambia Revenue Authority director administration Callistus Kaoma in all 22 counts.
