LAMASAT International Limited has sued Konkola Copper Mines (KCM) in liquidation, seeking leave of the court to commence proceedings against it to recover the sum of more than US$106,000 for the supply of HDPE pipes. The applicant has submitted before the Lusaka High Court, commercial division registry that the court has the jurisdiction to grant the application and that this would not prejudice KCM in liquidation in any way.
