LUSAKA businessman Francis Muchemwa, popularly known as Commander Two, was yesterday remanded in custody after Matero PF member of parliament Miles Sampa withdrew as his surety. Chief Resident Magistrate Davies Chibwili has ordered that Muchemwa will be remanded in custody until he finds another surety to represent him. This is a matter in which Muchemwa is jointly charged with two of his companies namely; Friltech Networks Zambia Limited and Altitude Properties Limited with 10 counts of being in possession of property suspected to be proceeds of crime.
