A SENIOR court clerk has told the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court that she only discovered that the case record which former presidential spokesperson Amos Chanda is accused of stealing, was missing after DEC inquired about it. The witness was testifying in a matter in which Chanda is facing two counts of theft and destroying evidence.
