A 24-YEAR-OLD Kitwe man has pleaded not guilty to using insulting language against President Hakainde Hichilema. Fletcher Mwansa, a security guard from Chimwemwe, is on dates unknown but between October 12, 2023 and October 17, 2023, in Lusaka, alleged to have said; “I think HH banoko balibalile ici**ngu elyo wafyalwa pafiko tom****ko”, words which could have caused a break in public peace. When the matter came up for allocation before Chief Resident Magistrate Davies Chibwili, Tuesday, he allocated it to Magistrate Trevor Kasanda.
