DIRECTOR of Public Prosecutions Gilbert Phiri has denied PF faction Secretary General Rapheal Nakacinda permission to privately prosecute a matter in which he lodged a complaint against Miles Sampa and Morgan Ng’ona for the offences of perjury and forgery. Meanwhile, Nakacinda’s lawyer Jonas Zimba has asked the court to stay the proceedings and invite the DPP, who will then decide whether to prosecute the matter or to enter a nolle prosequi.
