FIRST National Bank (FNB) Zambia Limited has dragged Lusaka lawyer Lewis Mosho to the Lusaka High Court for allegedly failing to settle an outstanding debt of over K372,000 after obtaining two loans last year. FNB is seeking an order for Mosho to pay his outstanding debt of K289,804.53 and K82,858.80 that he owes the bank as at October 30, 2023. In a statement of claim filed in the Lusaka High Court Principal Registry, FNB stated that Mosho, by credit agreement dated August 8, 2022, obtained a personal loan facility of K100, 000 from the bank.
