THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has found former home affairs minister Stephen Kampyongo and his wife, Wanziya Chirwa with a case to answer in 12 counts of being in possession of property reasonably suspected of being proceeds of crime. Magistrate Sylvia Munyinya has since placed the couple on their defence.
