THE Lusaka High Court has ruled that it is in the best interest of Mercy Cowham’s children that a paternity test be conducted to ascertain whether they are former Lusaka minister Bowman Lusambo’s children. This is in a matter in which Lusambo sued Cowham in the Lusaka High Court, seeking damages for libel, an apology and an order for a DNA test to be conducted on her children to ascertain their paternity.
