A WITNESS has told the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court that the Patriotic Front (PF) has an outstanding balance of K1.7 million owed to Zambia Daily Mail and the Times of Zambia newspapers for adverts it ran in 2021. Another witness has told the court that PF owes his company K1.5 million for outdoor and bus branding adverts it made for the party in 2021. This is in a matter in which former PF secretary general Davies Mwila is jointly charged with Lusaka lawyer Anna Mwitwa for allegedly being in possession of property suspected of being proceeds of crime.
