MATERO PF member of parliament Miles Sampa has asked the Lusaka High Court to stay proceedings pending determination of his appeal against it’s decision to dismiss preliminary issues he had raised that PF Secretary General Raphael Nakacinda has no basis to bring the matter of the October 24, 2023 convention to court. This is in a matter in which Nakacinda, Brian Mundubile, Mutotwe Kafwaya and Greyford Monde sued Miles Sampa in the Lusaka High Court over the said convention.
