PAMODZI Hotels has told the Lusaka High Court that Charity Njelesani’s claims that she was sexually harassed during a massage session by its employee are unfounded and calculated to deceive and defraud it. Pamodzi Hotels has submitted in its defence that Njelesani personally requested for its Masseur, Kenneth Musonda, to massage her while stating that he was recommended by her cousin. The Hotel has now counter sued Njelesani, seeking damages for deceit as well as costs and interest on all sums found due. This is in a matter in which Njelesani sued Musonda and Pamodzi Hotels seeking damages for the sexual harassment and indecent assault she was allegedly subjected to during a massage session.
